What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Paying yearly costs less. Yearly prices are shown as the monthly equivalent: for a store under $1M, Platform is $159 a month paid yearly, against $179 paid monthly.
What does implementation include?
Everything in Platform, plus discovery (business mapping, cost loading and target setting), full setup, agent build and team training, and quarterly advisory covering system tuning, process improvement and AI updates. It has a custom price; book a discovery call to get one.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
How many licences do I need?
One licence covers one store with up to $10M in annual online revenue. Larger stores use one licence per $10M, so a $20M store counts as 2 licences. Revenue figures are in USD.
Do you have pricing for agencies?
Yes. Choose Agencies above the plans. Agency plans are $399 a month for the first 3 client stores and $130 a month for each extra store, up to 20 stores. Paying yearly takes 15% off. Prices are in USD. For more than 20 client stores, talk to us.
