Use the StoreHero MCP to do the following analysis. Always anchor the answer in real StoreHero data, not platform-reported metrics. Give me a new customer acquisition picture for month-to-date vs the same period last year. Pull from the store overview: new customer sales, new customer marketing spend, new customer AOV, new customer gross profit per order, new customer acquisition cost (nCAC), and new customer contribution margin. Then layer in profit LTV from the LTV by first purchase view. Calculate CAC payback period using 12-month gross profit per new customer ÷ nCAC. Qualify the result against a 2x 12-month gross profit-to-CAC ratio benchmark. Classify the business model implicitly — "profitable order one" categories should be near 1:1 payback in month one; "profit soon" can stretch payback to 3–6 months; "profit later" (subscription, replenishment) can run unprofitable on order one if 12-month LTV justifies it. Don't tell the user which model their business is — describe the picture so they can place themselves. Then label their position: optimal, needs review, warning, or critical, based on the LTV-to-CAC ratio and where they sit on the payback curve. Cross-reference the LTV by first purchase view with the products page to identify which entry-product offers are driving the most profitable new customer cohorts. Recommend which products to lean into for new customer acquisition and which to deprioritise. At the bottom of your answer, render an inline visual summary: KPI cards for new customer sales, nCAC, new customer CM, and 12-month profit LTV (each with vs LY and vs target). Add a chart showing CAC payback curve over 12 months. Place text commentary alongside the visuals. Use the Spend Advisor tool to surface what to explore next.
