How to run it

Paste it into a new chat in Claude or ChatGPT and you get the answer straight away.

Use the StoreHero MCP to do the following analysis. Always anchor the answer in real StoreHero data, not platform-reported metrics.

Give me a country profitability report for month-to-date vs the same period last year. Use the group-by-country option layered on top of the overarching performance metrics. Pull revenue, order volume, AOV, gross profit per order, gross margin %, and contribution margin by country.

Display the result as an interactive table sorted by contribution margin contribution. Highlight: (1) highest gross profit per order countries — these deserve more ad budget, (2) high-revenue but low-margin countries — likely paying too much in shipping, duties, returns, or discounting to land profitable, (3) low-volume but exceptional margin countries — markets worth testing into.

Be careful with volume — don't over-index on a country that produced 3 orders at 80% margin. Apply a minimum order threshold (suggest 30 orders or 1% of total revenue, whichever is lower) before drawing conclusions.

End with three sections: (1) where to invest more, (2) where the unit economics need a fix before scaling, (3) where to test and learn.

At the bottom of your answer, render an inline visual summary: an interactive country-level table of revenue, orders, AOV, gross profit per order, and contribution margin, plus KPI cards for top profit country, biggest margin drag country, and best-emerging country. Place text commentary alongside the visuals. Use the Spend Advisor tool to suggest what to explore next.
